Sandy has been in the business of buying, selling, and consigning furniture, art,

antiques, & collectibles since 2002.  She is a member in good standing of the

Florida Auctioneers Association, has worked with auction houses such as Sotheby’s, Christie’s, Auction It, and Sunshine Auction Company.  She is passionate about her work and loves the entire process of conducting a sale, from research to pricing. Sandy has a hands on personality and is not an absent owner, while she is confident her crew is able to research, price, & set up, she always rolls up her sleeves and works side by side with them pricing, setting up, moving the contents of the home to another location,  or rummaging through boxes of goods that have been stored for ages. She feels that the success or failure of any sale is ultimately her responsibility as a sole proprietor and not that of her employees.  She will personally handle all the aspects of your sale, from the initial consultation, to the actual sale of your goods. By the time your sale is ready to open for the public there will not be a single item that was not look at or priced by her.  The best way to tell you more about her company is by sharing with you what her clients have to say about her services and her ability to get the job done:

H.C. Palmer, III, Esquire – Coconut Grove, FL.
“Ms. Tavarez has provided services to me in the following areas including but not limited to; liquidations of estate & guardianship assets, including furniture, fine art, jewelry, and other items generally found in a personal residence.  Mrs. Tavarez researched the authenticity and value of the items being liquidated in order for me to confirm that my clients were receiving the correct price for items being liquidated. Mrs. Tavarez services included liquidating the sellable items, the donatable items, and removal of the remaining items that were not sellable or donatable.  Mrs. Tavarez assisted in negotiating with auction houses including Sotheby’s and Christie’s,  her services included the necessary actions required for submission of the items being offered to the auction house for review, acceptance, and ultimate auction.  I find Mrs. Tavarez research skills to be excellent.  I will recommend Mrs. Tavarez highly regardless of whether the contents of the estate or guardianship be limited to a 1/1 condo or a 6/4 residence.”

Pablo Recino – Miami Beach, FL.
“What could I possibly say about your services and that wonderful charismatic personality that hasn’t been said or noticed by anyone?  You are a true professional; you have rubbed elbows with the “true old timers” on this business, including the iconic Jay Rumbaugh.  You know your contacts, you know the business, and always work hard to stay one step ahead of the rest. You gained my trust and went from being my representative to a close friend. May you always continue to learn, flourish as a business owner, and succeed.  SALUDOS!”

Pedro & Sherrie Borrell – Southwest  Ranches, FL.
“My family and I wanted to send you a letter thanking you for all you hard work and professionalism during our recent Moving Sale.  Being short on time and under multiple "kinks" in the system, such as our gated community, & gate malfunctioning, you were still able to pull off an extremely successful sale.  We will recommend you to all that we know and will definitely use you in the future if the need arises.  You are the estate sale sensational!!!!”
Sabrina Clerge, Esq. – Pembroke Pines, FL.
“After interviewing other estate sale companies, I decided to work with Absolute Estate Sales to help sell my mother’s belongings after her passing. I am so glad that I did.  Sandy and her team were so thorough, honest, and very professional which resulted in a successful sale. Most importantly however, they were very sensitive to my needs and helped make a very difficult and emotional time a lot easier. I highly recommend them.”
